Sarah & Sarah’s Elopement

An Intimate Summer Elopement in Frisco, Colorado

Sarah and Sarah were an absolute joy to work with. Their early summer elopement in Frisco was small, sweet, and incredibly moving. Though we only had about an hour of photography time, it was more than enough to capture the deep love they share.

We started with a private first look in a secluded grove of evergreens—none of us had a dry eye. The emotion between them was palpable, and their connection was the kind that sticks with you.

The ceremony took place at the edge of Lake Dillon, where the water levels were low enough that we were actually standing in the lake (the dry lake bed!) for the vows. It was unique, beautiful, and full of joy. Everyone there felt the magic these two radiate.

Once they were officially pronounced Mrs. & Mrs., we took a quiet walk to soak it all in. They twirled and danced their way back to their families, smiles as wide as the Colorado sky, before heading off to celebrate with a well-deserved meal.
